Whatever your situation is, I know you only want love and connection, and I know sometimes that’s easier said than done. I will listen to you with an open mind and heart. There is no shame in not knowing what to do – and I am here to help you figure it out.

Seeing ourselves and our life objectively is often much harder than looking from the outside in. I will give you that outside view, and help you understand the bigger picture and uncover issues you may not be aware of. I will always be honest and tell you like it is – to help you find out what’s really going on, and what is best for you in the long run.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and can be over Skype, Facetime, phone or in person (I am based in Dallas, TX). Depending on your needs, we’ll agree on how often we’ll have them – the most common frequency is weekly or every two weeks.

I always recommend the one I believe is best for what we need to work through, and if you need more you can always book additional sessions. The packages are designed based on my work with clients so far to give you a rounded solution – whether you need just a few sessions to get you back on track, or changes that go deeper and take longer, one of them will be the best fit.

The consultation is a bit like a first date –  we’ll get to know each other and determine if we are a good “match”. I’ll ask you questions about your love and life situation, feed you back my recommendation on what needs to change, how I can help with it – and estimate the number of sessions you will need.

The consultation is a Skype, Facetime or phone call and it will last about 15-20 min. It is free and there is no obligation to purchase coaching sessions.
